There a numerous launch options here, but good flights have been made from the terraces beneath Sail Mhor (around 350m above sea level). The easiest approach is to follow a decent path which leaves the A832 at Ardessie (grid ref 205411, 889554) and to break out west, crossing the Allt Airdeasaidh once the path begins to level out.
